LRM Projects is an advisor and team selection facilitator for owners. Principal consultant, Laura McCarty, has the owner’s point of view and is passionate about integrated, lean, project delivery. Our services
Provide Program and Project Management consultant services:
1. Defining project objectives and priorities.
2. Explaining project delivery evaluation and selection options/procedures.
3. Supporting budget development.
4. Providing education and orientation for the Owner. Emphasizing the importance of collaboration, timely decision-making and the designation of the Owner’s decision-maker.
5. Developing/confirming project scope of work and other requirements including project quality approach.
6. Assisting in determining project goals, challenges, and constraints.
7. Managing Owner expectations.
8. Developing procurement plan, schedule, and procedures.
9. Assist with RFQ and RFP development.
10. Competition process meetings, inquiries, and addenda.
11. Facilitating interviews, where applicable.
12. Establishing qualifications selection criteria and methodology.
13. Support determination of shortlisting the most highly qualified submissions.
14. Gathering data (e.g., site, existing facilities, demolition and regulatory requirements) and determining appropriate right to rely on this data.
15. Establishing value-based selection criteria and methodology and stipends.
16. Facilitating proprietary one-on-one meetings with shortlisted proposers.
17. Providing contract negotiation support to optimize opportunity for the Owner to select the best design-build team with the best proposal, within budget.
